What we collect

When you order from us, we collect what we need to complete your order:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your delivery address, if you choose delivery or shipping
• what you ordered, and any note you add

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation so we can help you.

How we use it

We use your details only to take, prepare, deliver and support your order, and to answer your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and pay-later payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Zelle payments go through your own bank.

Who else handles your data

• Stripe, to take payments
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• our email provider, to send order emails
• the delivery driver or shipping carrier, who needs your name, address and phone number

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may store small pieces of information in your browser, such as your cart, so the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, unless we have to keep them by law. Contact us.
